Monitoring

Following the FREE eligibility assessment and c.55 minute initial appointment, patients may be prescribed a Cannabis-Based Medicinal Product (CBMP) for their condition, if deemed appropriate by their clinician.

Any CBMP use is always advised on a, 'Start Low, Go Slow' basis.

Repeat prescriptions will be issued monthly where this continues to be appropriate.

​

Follow-up appointments are required a minimum of quarterly, but can be requested at any time to discuss any issues and/or changes to the prescription..

Prescriptions may only be altered during a follow-up appointment (or at the discretion of the prescribing clinician where appropriate e.g. stock issues).

Patients must sign up to quarterly reviews to continue to be eligible for CBMP prescription.
