Sam Ashton is the Clinic Manager at Cannabis Clinic Cardiff (CCC).

She is a passionate advocate for medicinal cannabis and a co-founder of Cannabis Clinic Cardiff.  Having personally experienced the benefits of medicinal cannabis, she has dedicated her life to providing patients with safe and reliable access to this important medicine.

Sam's journey with medicinal cannabis began when she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease.  Despite trying a range of conventional treatments and having surgery to remove part of her bowel, she found that medicinal cannabis was the only thing that provided her with significant relief.  

 

Determined to help others in a similar position, Sam along with her husband, Dr. Dave and Dr. Mat, founded Cannabis Clinic Cardiff to provide patients with access to high-quality Cannabis-Based Medicinal Products (CBMPs) and expert advice.

 

Sam graduated in 2000 with BA (Hons) in Tourism Management, focusing her dissertation on Global Drug Tourism. She worked in hospitality and tourism for many years, gaining valuable experience in customer service and management. She brings this expertise to Cannabis Clinic Cardiff, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

As an advocate for medicinal cannabis, Sam is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, sharing her experiences and insights with others in the field.  She is committed to raising awareness of the potential benefits of medicinal cannabis and promoting greater access to this important medicine.
